You can delete your Clash of Boats account and the data tied to it at any time, in the game or by email. Leaving should be as easy as coming in.

In the game

    Open your profile from the corner of the home screen.

    Choose the ACCOUNT tab.

    Press Delete account.

    Confirm with DELETE ACCOUNT.

This deletes your player account and its data: your profile, player name, progress, inventory, statistics, friends and the chat history tied to the account. It can't be undone.

Without the game

One email.

If you've uninstalled the game or can't get into it, email us from the email address on your account, or tell us your player name, and ask us to delete your account.

We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What may be kept

  • Records of purchases that the law requires us to keep. The App Store and Google Play keep their own records of your purchases.
  • Anonymous diagnostic reports that you chose to send are deleted automatically after 90 days.
